CSR – SALES DESK

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, both internal and external customers 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • In-depth understanding of Alggin products, services and processes
  • Team player who brings enthusiasm and ‘get it done’ work ethic

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating customer delivery requirements with Production and Shipping to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
  • Working effectively with Production, Shipping, Purchasing and Sales staff to ensure highest level of customer service is provided to customers.
  • Handle customer feedback, including complaints and concerns, and take appropriate action.
  • Promote Alggin products and services to customers
  • Help update and educate customers with new products, services and policies
  • Maintaining appearance of the Sales Desk to a professional level.

PRODUCTION / SHOP WORKER

Alggin Metal Industries Ltd. is looking for Production Workers/General Laborers who are eager and interested in sheet metal manufacturing work environment.

  • Related and relevant experience in fabrication or manufacturing will be an asset
  • Work hours: 2:30PM – 1AM, Monday – Thursday (PM Shift); shift premium available
  • Comprehensive benefit package including health, vision and dental coverage

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs., repetitive tasks, busy manufacturing shop

Alggin is a manufacturer of metal products, servicing the HVAC industry in Calgary for over 45 years. In addition to wholesale distribution, Alggin operates one of the largest HVAC manufacturing plants in Western Canada. We have distribution facilities in Lethbridge and Edmonton.
