For the year 2011, Alggin has averaged a 90% OTD (on time delivery) for ALL orders processed. What this means to our customers is that 90% of their orders in 2011 were completed and shipped on time, meeting or exceeding their requested delivery dates. At Alggin we keep striving for better – as of the end of March 2012 we are averaging a 95% OTD!
